AX.25 / APRS Paths

There are many standard aliases used in APRS. Documentation explaining these aliases and their paths don't seem to be collated into a single document, so that's what I'm going to attempt to do here. Your comments are welcome.

GATE - An HF gateway station. 500+ miles.

WIDEn-N - A dedicated digipeater. Use larger n-N for more remote ops.

WIDE1-1 - Just one hop.

WIDE2-2 - Two hops, e.g. for fixed stations.

WIDE3-3 - For extremely rural stations.

Examples:

Mobile station - WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1
